Stories to amaze, amuse and wizen.

There is a deep and constant need to return to the roots of our human   consciousness and discover the foundation stones on which we can build our spiritual universe.  Bulgarian folktales and children's stories lead us on an exciting adventure to gain  ancient knowledge and  reinforce the values we always believed in that good always wins in the end regardless of the odds.

Boy and Bear an orphan boy who picks mushrooms for his evil stepmother. She sells the mushrooms but doesn’t give him any money. One day he returns without bringing any mushrooms and she tells him to go away and come home only when he has filled his basket. Tired he wanders in the woods in the dark until he gets lost and falls asleep in a cave. When he wakes up he sees a bear cub who gives him a magic thread and we enter the world of adventure where he meets giants, dragons and other magic creatures.

King’s Left Eye ignoring others is characteristic for people who are not very bright, regardless of the position they are occupying. Then a crazy old man is selling his cow for the king’s left eye.  Luckily a clever girl comes to put and end to the confusion

The Lazy Man laziness won’t kill you but can turn your life into hell.

The Fisherman, the Snake and the Fox when you do good do it from all your heart. Don’t look into your neighbor’s plate and don’t wish for someone’s luck. Everyone has their own luck.

Gift from the Sun - A brave shepherd  saves the Sun from a terrible monster. Sun’s father reluctantly gives him a magic gift. The boy sets to travel, nearly looses his life as a servant to a cruel king, but finds happiness with the help of a mysterious

Golden Girl Even when you are desperate and betrayed by your closest beings your good deeds will make you shine like a star.

How can you see clearly if your imagination is out of focus!
